Bahamas Getaway
This package includes a one-week stay in a two-bedroom luxury villa at Grand Isle Resort & Spa in Exuma, Bahamas PLUS 80,000 Aeroplan points towards two economy airfares provided through Air Canada Aeroplan miles.
The prize value of $8,640 is based on retail values at the time of the lottery license application.
All reservations are based on availability and subject to blackout dates (January 6-13, March 1-31). If the prize winner claims his/her prize during these periods, he/she will be responsible for any price difference.
Airfare for additional guests, food, beverages, ground transportation, and local activities are the responsibility of guests.
Travel must take place between January 6 and December 21, 2014.

Toronto Getaway
The Via Rail Certificate is for round-trip tickets for two in VIA Regular Economy Class seating, between Ottawa and Toronto. Full value is $660. The certificate is non-transferable, cannot be upgraded or extended and has no cash or refund value. Travel must be taken on or before December 19, 2014 and is subject to availability. Blackout dates: Easter weekend 2014, Thursday to Monday inclusive. It is strictly forbidden to sell, assign, trade or transfer the certificate in any manner whatsoever to another person.

General Raffle Rules
A maximum of 150 tickets will be available for a price of $100 each. Three prizes will be offered. Thus, the odds of winning are approximately 1 in 50.
Tickets may be purchased only by persons 18 years of age or older. Tickets may not be purchased on behalf of those under 18.
Tickets are available at OCMS concerts, at the OCMS box office, by phone (613-234-6306) and by mail ONLY.
If purchasing by phone, please allow 10 working days to receive your ticket. Thereafter, if you have not received your ticket, please call the OCMS office.
Raffle tickets can be paid for by credit card or cash ONLY. In the event of an invalid credit card, ticket issued will be considered invalid.
Tickets must be both sold and purchased in the Province of Ontario. The OCMS cannot accept ticket orders by phone from area codes outside of the province of Ontario. However, while they are in Ontario, residents of other countries or provinces may purchase raffle tickets sold under a license issued in the Province of Ontario.
There will be no refund on purchased tickets.
Paid employees of the Ottawa Chamber Music Society (OCMS), prize donors, and other companies involved in the conduct of the raffle are not eligible to participate.
Entries must be received by January 6, 2014 at 5:00 pm to be entered into the drawing.
Drawing will be made by company auditors Welch LLP at 151 Slater St #1200, Ottawa on Wednesday January 8 at 11:00 am. Prizes will be drawn in reverse order of value (i.e. prize of lowest value first), and winning tickets will be returned to the drum for sequential draws until the final prize draw has been made.
Winners will be contacted by phone the day of drawing with information on how to claim their prizes.
The winners must agree to the use of their names and likenesses for publicity purposes. The winners’ names will be posted on the OCMS website before 6:00 pm on January 8, 2014 at: www.ottawachamberfest.com.
The liability of OCMS is limited to the ticket price paid.
Prizes must be taken as is; no substitutions or cash alternatives to the prizes will be permitted.
Prizes are non-transferable and not tax-deductible.
All net proceeds from the raffle will be deposited into the lottery Trust Account of the Ottawa Chamber Music Society and directed to the presentation of public chamber music events and activities.
A ticket is void if stolen, unissued, mutilated, illegible, tampered with or altered in any way, defective or incomplete. OCMS is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
An unclaimed winning raffle ticket will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
