Refunds and Ticket Exchanges
There are no refunds for Ottawa Chamberfest 2012 passes. All sales final.
PRIME 360 and PASSPORT PLUS holders may exchange unused or unwanted Festival Gala tickets. There is no ticket exchange fee. You may exchange your tickets for equivalent seating at other 2012 Festival Gala concerts, or you may exchange them for a voucher of equal value toward the purchase of a 2012-13 Ottawa Chamberfest Concert Series subscription. Please contact our box office at 613.234.6306 for assistance.
If neither of these exchange options suits your needs, Ottawa Chamber Music Society happily provides charitable tax receipts for the full value of the ticket or tickets you do not use. “Full value” is not the retail price of single Festival Gala tickets. It is the discounted value of the tickets that have been included in the price of your pass. Contact our box office for more information.
